Barista Champions
by Fritz Storm
As you can see from the list, my training programs and individual understanding for the baristas have made a quite impressive line of results in the past. Every year I have been successful in creating a finalist at the WBC, even though the competition is growing year by year. For me who am training several countries for competition, it is very important to work from the individual baristas personality, and use this to build a program around. All the way from the apparel over signature drink to coffee understanding. It is all about knowledge, honesty and expression. If you have any questions concerning this or anything else, your are more than welcome to contact me.
