I have been a barista since 1995 and have a background as the manager of one of Copenhagen’s most recognised cafes, Café Europa, known for its excellent coffee, skilful employees and many awards. Since 2003 I have been running my own consultancy company. In 2002 I won the World Barista Championship, which gave me a unique opportunity to travel and learn more about coffee production, harvest, selection, blends and trends. For the past years I have worked with coffee connoisseurs from all over the world through companies, restaurants, coffee associations and conferences, and it is a luxury to be able to use this network in my daily work – whether I do consulting or a show. My goal is to improve the knowledge and quality of coffee making around the world, giving people a coffee experience that perfects the blend and seduces as many senses as possible.
